About this webinar

Improving website accessibility isn’t just about improving access to your digital content. It’s also about making sure that your content can be understood and used. That’s where readability and use of language comes into play.

Readability is all about how easy something is to understand. The use of jargon words, difficult language and long sentences affect readability.

Writing content in a way that's simple, clear and concise is important. After all, not everyone has the same level of literacy. For example, 54% of US adults are reading below 6th grade level.

Some people also have cognitive differences that can cause reading challenges. Others may speak English as a second language. Complicated content can have an impact for many.

In this webinar, gain advice on how to write in a way that’s easy for everyone to understand.
