Recognised as a problem solver with a focus on talent strategy and execution, Federica has extensive international experience leading strategic initiatives at country, regional (EMEA), and global levels. With a track record of designing programmes and processes, Federica provides comprehensive business partnering and decision support to cross-functional leadership teams.
In the session, Federica will share how Salesforce is driving neuroinclusion through inclusive tools, support without formal disclosure, and employee-led innovation. She’ll offer practical strategies and real-world impact to inspire action.
Francisca Beloso, Alvarez & Marsal
Associate Director, Inclusive Diversity
Francisca is a Senior HR Executive with over 20 years of experience in organisational transformation and talent strategy for Fortune 500 companies like GE, Vodafone, and Siemens.
As Associate Director at Alvarez & Marsal, Francisca leads strategic workforce initiatives across EMEA, focusing on talent retention and cultural transformation and committed to advancing neurodiversity and inclusion. Recognised as a finalist for the British and European Diversity Awards, Francisca is passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering inclusive, sustainable cultures. Currently, she spearheads the EMEA Employee Volunteering Programme and is a Co-Chair of the EMEA Women Network at Alvarez & Marsal.
In the session, Francisca will explore how embedding neuroinclusion into workforce strategy can strengthen culture, retention, and performance across global teams.
