Christina Taylor, KPMG

Inclusion & Equity Manager

Christina is an experienced HR professional specializing in Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE), with a particular focus on disability, neurodiversity, and mental health. Having worked in financial services for over 15 years, she has held roles in various areas including Vulnerable Customer Strategy, Corporate Responsibility, and IDE. She is actively involved in disability advocacy, serving as a co-chair of the Disability Employee Network and a Lived Experience Ambassador for the eating disorders charity Beat. Additionally, she contributes to educational institutions as a board member, focusing on IDE and Special Educational Needs strategies.

Christina is a dedicated advocate for inclusion and diversity, particularly for individuals with disabilities, leveraging her professional experience and personal insights to drive positive change.

Mark Lomas, Lloyds

Head of Culture, Human Resources

Mark is a multiple award winning Diversity & Culture change practitioner and has delivered numerous projects in the UK and internationally for organisations across a wide variety of sectors including the legal, media, infrastructure and financial services. Mark joined Lloyd’s as Head of Culture in January 2022. Mark leads the international diversity festival, Dive In, which has evolved and now includes an outreach and reverse mentoring programme, engaging over 45,000 people annually with participants from 84 countries globally. Mark is a fellow of CIPD and the 5% Club.

Mark, a seasoned Diversity & Culture expert, has a proven track record in driving impactful change, particularly in the financial services sector.

Jacquline Alcindor, Legal & General Investment Management

Equity, Inclusion & Diversity Lead

Jacquline is a seasoned Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity (EID) professional with a proven track record of driving impactful change. Currently a Global Diversity & Inclusion Programme Partner at Legal & General Investment Management, she develops and implements strategic DEI plans aligned with business priorities.

Jacquline has been recognized for her exceptional work, including winning the Investing in Ethnicity Exceptional Inclusion award in 2024. She has also made significant contributions to organizations like Urban Synergy and Lloyds Banking Group, fostering inclusive cultures and advancing diversity initiatives.

With a strong background in banking and an MBA from Westminster University, Jacquline brings strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach to her DEI work.
