Meet the Speakers
Bianca Prins, ING
Global Head of Accessibility
I am Bianca, accessibility trailblazer (some say) accessibility rockstar.
My role is Global Head of Accessibility at ING Bank, based in The Netherlands. As groundbreaker for ING accessibility strategy, accessibility policy, accessibility Center of Expertise and Steering Committee embedding accessibility into ING BAU, I became one of the leading accessibility experts in banking.
Since 2022 I'm also IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC), receiving recognition as an international Accessibility professional.
Beyond my work at ING I'm advocating to increase the attention to the economic (=purple) value of the disability community for businesses. I feel a strong responsibility towards the global business accessibility community, with strong ties to both (inter)national politics, business networks, and disability community representatives. Hence my professional research papers and advice papers, published via CV Works."
