Inclusive Enough? Exploring the Role of Self ID and Disclosure
Did you know that companies embracing disability and neurodiversity through inclusive self-ID practices are 1.7 times more likely to lead in innovation? Yet, 76% of people with a disability or neurodiversity do not fully disclose this at work. But is disclosure really necessary in a truly inclusive workplace?
Join our upcoming webinar, co-hosted with the Business Disability Forum, as we dive into this important debate and explore how organizations can support all employees, with or without disclosure. We're excited to announce our expert guest speakers: Natasha Whitehurst, Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, Rolls-Royce and Christina Taylor, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Assistant Manager, KPMG, and Cathy Donnelly, Chief People Officer, Texthelp, who will share their insights and experiences on this vital topic.
