Moran Cerf

Professor of neuroscience and business at Columbia University and the Alfred P. Sloan Professor of screenwriting at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences

With nearly 90 academic publications, multiple students and patents, as well as a dedicated following of 10 million, Moran Cerf is an expert in human behavior with a PhD in neuroscience, an MA in Philosophy, and a BSc in Physics. Moran's ability to translate complex findings through talks at TED, TEDx, and other prestigious platforms has led to worldwide recognition. In his work, Prof. Cerf helps individuals and businesses harness current knowledge on the brain to improve their thinking, leadership, personal development, decision-making, and engagement.

Hiren Shukla has been pioneering neuroinclusion at EY since 2016. Back then, he pitched the idea of a neurodiversity program to help drive innovation at EY. Today, EY has over 400 full-time neurodivergent employees. Through their Neuro-Diverse Centers of Excellence, EY sources, trains and supports neurodivergent professionals in eight countries. By making sure neurodivergent employees can thrive, they're also benefiting from unique talents that generate key process improvements for their business and for their clients.
