- What happens after I begin my trial?
On the next page, you will have the option to download Equatio on the platform of your choice. Over the next 30 days, you will also receive a series of emails from us, to help you understand how to use our tool and get the most out of your trial. Nothing spammy, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Does my trial need internet access?
Some features on the toolbar do require internet access. While Equatio for Google Chrome is a browser extension that requires the internet for most features, text to speech can still be used offline. In the case of using the desktop versions of Equatio for Windows and Mac, only a few features require the internet.
- What’s included in my trial?
Our Learning and Training resources for each product can be accessed at any time on our website. Get up to speed with our software through our learning resources.
Our support site gives you access to lots of common questions that other users of our software have about the technical stuff. If you can't find what you're looking for there, then our Tech Support team is on hand at support@texthelp.com 9-5pm every day to help with troubleshooting or technical problems.
Plus, you’ll get free access to the Texthelp Academy for how-to information, video tutorials, product webinars and lots more.
All of this is included as part of your trial. We do not charge any extra for these services.
- What happens once my 30 day trial ends?
After 30 days, you will no longer have access to Equatio’s premium features. You will revert to the freemium functions and you have the option to upgrade at any time.
