We offer a salary amount that is equal to or higher than the industry standard. We follow a semi-monthly payroll cycle.
Employees who achieve their set objectives are eligible to receive a quarterly performance bonus. Performance bonuses vary by role.
We have an expansive fund offering with Fidelity. Texthelp will contribute 20% for each dollar you contribute to your eligible contribution. This means that if you contribute for example $5,000, the Company will contribute $1,000 to your account.
Private Health Insurance
You are eligible for private health insurance for you, your spouse and children from commencement date. Benefits are effective the first of the month following your date of hire.
Health Reimbursement Arrangement
Texthelp will reimburse a portion of your medical deductible through the HRA. Texthelp will cover for the first half the deductible for both the HMO and PPO plan.
Group life insurance pays out a tax free cash lump sum of 4 times your annual salary at date of death, to your nominated dependants.
Short Term Disability
Accidents and illnesses happen when we least expect them. Ensure you are financially prepared to stay afloat in the midst of a medical condition with disability insurance.
All full time employees are entitled to a minimum of 35 days leave. This is a combination of both annual leave and public holidays. If any employee start part way through the holiday year, their holidays entitlement will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and rounded up to the nearest half day.
Birthday Day Off
From your start date, you are entitled to a day off to celebrate your birthday.
You are allowed to take paid time off for short medical appointments. if you are unable to attend outside your normal working hours.
