Antrim, 22nd March 2023: At the Texthelp Group, we are constantly looking to improve our products so we can offer the best possible support to students eligible for the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA).

Since joining forces with Oribi in October 2022, we have continued to build upon our longstanding expertise in assistive technology. We're working together to offer a world-class range of tools that can meet our users' diverse needs.

Speaking to this, Martin McKay, Texthelp’s Founder & CEO said:  "At Texthelp, we have an ambition to bring together the best assistive technologies from around the world. This will allow us to maximise the support we can give to students in the DSA sector."

As part of our efforts to streamline and develop our product offering, we are retiring VeritySpell from the DSA market. By combining over 10 years of experience in autocorrection software at both Oribi and LexAble, and with the help of AI, we are building a new and improved autocorrection algorithm that will provide even better choice for DSA students.

Henrik Karlsson, Founder & CEO of Oribi commented: “This will allow us to make both our current and future customers happy for many years to come. We are looking forward to an exciting journey making even better products together in our joint ambition of creating equal opportunities for all.”
