Texthelp appoints Lisa Smyth as the new Vice President for Inclusive Workplaces

Lisa, who has spent the last five years as Head of Marketing for Texthelp’s Workplace division, has been a driving force in the company’s global growth and brand awareness by supporting businesses in becoming truly inclusive employers.
In her new role, Lisa will lead the Workplace Sales Team across the UK and International Markets, which includes a newly expanded focus following Texthelp's recent announcement to merge with n2y, a leader in special education curriculum resources. As Vice President for the Workplace Sales Team, Lisa will oversee integrated sales efforts, focusing on driving innovation and accessibility in global markets. Her entrepreneurial background and strong marketing expertise make her uniquely positioned to lead the team in delivering impactful solutions for businesses worldwide.

Before joining Texthelp, Lisa built a successful career as an entrepreneur, founding a leading online celebrity and television news network that attracted over 30 million global page views annually. She then established a B2B marketing consultancy, specializing in multi-channel demand generation strategies for clients in industries such as insurance, hospitality, and recruitment. Her teaching experience as a marketing lecturer further reflects her dedication to upskilling business professionals.
Over the past five years at Texthelp, Lisa has led the company’s global marketing efforts for the Workplace division, driving significant growth and boosting brand recognition. Now, as Vice President, she will continue to lead strategic business initiatives and create new relationships in the UK and international markets.
