Meet the speakers
Christina Taylor, KPMG
Assistant Manager, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity
Christina is an Assistant Manager in the Inclusion, Diversity and Equity team at KPMG LLP. One of her particular areas of focus is disability, with a specific interest in the areas of neurodiversity and mental health. She has experience working in financial services for over 15 years and was a Senior Medical Underwriter before moving into roles working in Vulnerable Customer Strategy, Corporate Responsibility and IDE.
She is a previous co-chair of the Disability Employee Network at Aviva and has volunteered as an Lived Experience Ambassador for the eating disorders charity Beat since 2016.
When she’s not working, she holds roles as chair and vice chair of governing boards at two local schools, leading on strategy around IDE and SEN, and enjoys spending time with her husband, two children aged 12 & 10 and many cats.
Cathy Donnelly, Texthelp
Chief People Officer
Cathy joined Texthelp in 2022 as the company’s first ever Chief People Officer. After 25+ years' experience in Human Resources, Cathy's move to Texthelp was inspired by the company's strong purpose and values. Cathy's vision for Texthelp is one with a best-in-class global employee experience where everyone is supported to fulfil their potential. Her focus is on building a globally inclusive community that recognises and celebrates diversity, and fosters a high-performing culture.
Based in Northern Ireland, Cathy splits her time across Texthelp offices in the US, London, Belfast, the Nordics, and Australia. In her free time, Cathy enjoys time with her husband Seamus, and 16-year old twins, Marcus and Daisy. She also enjoys cooking, reading and travelling.
Natasha Whitehurst, Rolls-Royce
Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging
Natasha has extensive experience within multiple industries, where she has gained operational and generalist HR experience, over the last 5 years she has specialised in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging. An experienced speaker, facilitator and training professional, she uses her lived experience (Endometriosis, ADHD and Mental Health) to help business leaders develop their own inclusive behaviours. She is currently bringing inclusion to life at Rolls-Royce. Rolls-Royce develops and delivers complex power and propulsion solutions for safety-critical applications in the air, at sea and on land.
Natasha is co-founder and co-host of ‘D&I Spy: Inclusion Uncovered’ a weekly podcast, taking inclusion back to basics, tackling often unspoken topics with a number of high-profile guests from the entertainment, sport and business worlds.
Natasha is experienced working with people and talent teams to establish more inclusive recruitment practices, and attracting diverse talent, which earned her a coveted spot on the Global Diversity List 2020.

Daniel joined Business Disability Forum in 2020 as a Senior Business Disability Partner, advising organisations to become disability smart. He also supports the Global Taskforce, helping connect members and expand their impact.
With a background in account management, Daniel has spent the last ten years in the third sector, focusing on accessibility and Diversity and Inclusion. At The National Autistic Society, he led the Autism Friendly Team, aiding businesses in welcoming autistic customers and employees.
Passionate about neurodiversity and mental health, he serves on the Independent Gatwick Accessibility Panel (IGAP) to make Gatwick the most accessible airport globally.
