Mo Koheeallee, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners
QESH Coordinator Projects & Accessibility Ambassador GB. Part of the Global Accessibility Network
Growing up in a wheelchair posed challenges, but I've always conquered them. After years of job hunting, I landed a role at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), fulfilling a dream I never thought possible.
Starting as a Grocery Merchandiser, I ensured retailers were well-equipped to satisfy their customers. With CCEP's unwavering support, I proved that wheelchair users can excel, achieving top availability and revenue growth in GB.
In 2022, I joined the supply chain as a QESH Co-ordinator apprentice. By January 2024, I became a certified health & safety officer, bringing a unique perspective to a field often restrictive to people with disabilities. Together, we pioneered wheelchair-accessible manufacturing sites in GB, with more underway.
Now, as a QESH Coordinator Projects and Lead Accessibility Ambassador for CCEP GB, I focus on empowering colleagues with disabilities and fostering a more diverse and inclusive workplace. From implementing accessibility software to supporting internships, we're driving positive change within the company.
