Exciting New Updates to Read&Write
We have some thrilling news to share about two recent additions to Read&Write that are going to improve and enhance the experience for all of our users.
1. Introducing Settings Profiles: A game changer in customization
Firstly, we're introducing 'Settings Profiles' to Read&Write for Google Chrome.
Have you ever found yourself spending too much time adjusting settings when you switch tasks or languages? Well, those days are about to end. With our new Settings Profiles, users can save their current toolbar options, language, or features as a new profile. This means you can create multiple profiles and switch between them with ease. Each profile can be given a different name or unique identifier.
Imagine the possibilities:
For multi-lingual users: If you're working, teaching or learning in more than one language, you no longer need to change the settings 4 or 5 times in one session. Simply set up a profile for each language and switch with a click.
For different tasks: Whether you're preparing for an exam or engaging in daily work activities, create profiles for different settings. You can have profiles for reading, writing, research, and more, each tailored to specific needs.
This update brings a new level of flexibility and customization to any Read&Write experience.

2. New High-Quality Online Voices now available in Read&Write for Windows
Next up – we're also excited to announce that we’re adding over 75 new online voices to Read&Write for Windows. This means that so long as you have an internet connection, you'll have access to an even larger variety of high-quality voices available in many different languages. These voices are similar to what we currently offer in Read&Write for Google Chrome and are designed to give our users more options and higher quality listening experiences.
New voices include:
- Arabic
- French
- Spanish
- Portuguese
- Mandarin
- Korean and much more...
These updates are designed to provide our users with more when it comes to both accessibility and personalization. By allowing more flexibility in settings and offering a range of high-quality voices, we're empowering more people to tailor their Read&Write experience to fit their own unique needs and preferences.
