Texthelp and n2y announce new role for Founder and Former CEO, Martin McKay

Boston, November 6th, 2024: – Following the successful merger of Texthelp and n2y, two industry-leading providers of assistive technology and education solutions, the combined company is pleased to announce a significant leadership transition.

The newly formed organization today announced a new role for its founder and former CEO, Martin McKay. He will transition to the role of Executive Chairman.

McKay, a pioneer in the field of assistive technology, has been instrumental in Texthelp’s growth and success for almost three decades. During his tenure as CEO, he led the company to become a global market leader, developing innovative solutions that have helped millions of individuals with reading, writing, and numeracy challenges.

In his new role, Martin will leverage his extensive expertise to advocate for greater inclusion and accessibility in education and the workplace. He will also focus a huge amount of time influencing global education policy on disability inclusion.

Martin will continue to contribute to Texthelp’s strategic direction, providing valuable insights and guidance as the company expands its offerings and reaches new audiences and new markets.
